Shipping and Information
Handmade products - due of stocking mostly handmade products, we estimated and rounded some weight information, weighing each product myself (excluding Toys products as they have provided their information with us)
Because each product varies (with EXCELLENT QUALITY) they are all going to vary in sizes and weight and with each product weighed (of multiple varieties like the log stampers, wooden play board etc.) we decided to go for the closest weight possible which is only by a gram or two.
Wood materials - because most of our products are wood and wood is considered a live material, it may vary slightly in shape and size but not too much. In this case, we require for you to send us photos for reference, as well as to send back to our suppliers. We can then issue a possible refund.
We only ship through Sendle at the moment and they ship their items by weight. With this, Sendle doesn't deliver to PO Box addresses. If anything changes, we will surely let you know!
Meanwhile, we are happy to arrange pick up at Mount Gravatt 4122 if you are local to Brisbane.
Backorders/ Pre orders
Sometimes we will offer some pre orders or back orders on some items (like eco play dough, and affirmation cards) These items will take time and will always include information as to when it is expected to arrive to US. And we can only ship these items once we have it.
Please remember that ordering these items with "in stock" items will mean they will be shipped once the pre order/ back order items arrive, unless you are picking up. Otherwise, please order these items separately and a separate shipping will need to ba paid.

RETURNS & Refunds
We cannot exchange or refund any purchases due to change of mind so please carefully pick the items you would like. Please keep in mind that most of our collections are handmade and will vary in size, weight etc. so please read product info if unsure.
However, if any products which slipped through our quality check that is damaged due to MANUFACTURING, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and we can arrange a replacement, or a store credit. Please bear in mind that you will shoulder the postage fee to return it to us, and if replacement is arranged, we will ship it with no charge.

Sale Items - Unfortunately we do not offer returns, refunds or replacements on sale items. All sales from "Sale" collection are final.
